Meet the staff

This is Mr Groarke, the Headteacher, who is responsible for the high standard of education the children receive. He has a teaching commitment with Year 6 pupils, as well as managing the organisation and smooth running of the school.

The other members of the teaching staff are:
Mrs Guy  who teaches Year 5 and 6 children. 
Miss Ryder who teaches Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4 children. Miss Lomas who teaches Reception and year 1 children.
Mrs Cioffi works two days each week teaching all the children.

We are fortunate to have a dedicated group of support staff (Teaching Assistants) who work in all the classes with individuals and groups of children.
The Midday Assistants look after the children at lunchtimes. Our cook and her assistant prepare and serve the meals.
The office runs like clockwork thanks to the efforts of Mrs Bridges, who works Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays, and Mrs Honeyford (Thursdays & Fridays).
The school is kept tidy and clean by our hard-working caretaker and cleaner, whilst our lollipop ladies brave the weather and the traffic to make sure that the children get to and from school safely.
