1. First, click the EDIT ME BUTTON to view this GALLERY ITEM in EDIT MODE. Then continue to read the text below.

2. To create a NEW GALLERY ITEM click on the GALLERY button on the left hand side and then click the "ADD ITEM" BUTTON.

3. In the TITLE field enter
the title for the piece of work your adding to the GALLERY. e.g. Year 3 Mondrian Drawings.

4. Set the ICON IMAGE and INDEX DESCRIPTION if desired. Both will appear in the GALLERY LIST adjacent to the TITLE when a visitor clicks your Gallery Button.

5. In the DESCRIPTION field, type a brief description to accompany your gallery item. (We strongly recommend that you do not put a child's name in this description if you are displaying a photograph of that child below.)

6. In the GALLERY IMAGE(S) fields.
set the IMAGE that you wish to display in the GALLERY ITEm from your IMAGE STORE.

7. The image chosen in the first IMAGE LIST should be a small one (which is quick to download) the image chosen in the second IMAGE can contain a bigger picture. When a visitor view the GALLERY ITEM and clicks the first IMAGE the second larger IMAGE is then DISPLAYED.

8. Use the ATTACH AN EXTERNAL FILE HERE and BROWSE . . . BUTTON to attach additional files to your Gallery Item, e.g. a small sound or movie clip.

9. Once you've finished, scroll to the top of the page and click SAVE ME to save your GALLERY ITEM.
